Unlike everywhere else on this plane of thought and ideas, the truth that headroom now inhabited could not be described with physical allegory.
The bus stop was where he met himself, the Server is where he met humanity, Panorama Cotton is where he found passion for that life form, but within this space there is nothing familiar.
This space contains the length of existence. It funnels inward while it also expands without explanation or cause.
headroom had reached an event horizon of sorts, wherein all the data we have thrown away congregates, and festers in emotion and the other essences of existing.
headroom had pondered many things since his digitalization. Whether he was alive. Whether anyone else was alive. Whether the internet was alive, since it was made of all those things that answer the first two questions.
Now he had one more to ask.
Does anyone ever really die?
